1. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping worldwide on most items. Where free shipping is not offered we will highlight this in the product description and at checkout.

2. Shipping timelines

Your order will be processed as soon as possible during working hours following checkout, with approximate delivery times as follows:*

  • USA: 3-7 working days
  • UK: 3-7 working days
  • EU: 3-20 working days
  • Rest of World: 5-21 working days
*These estimates are on the basis that you place an order before 13:00 Monday-Friday, and your products are in stock.

 

Please note that we do not dispatch on UK or US public holidays, and there may be a backlog of orders after a holiday date causing your package to take an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

3. Black Friday and Christmas shipping Information

Please note that due to increased demand our shipping timeframes may be slightly longer.  Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery times, however we do advise you place orders for Christmas by the dates below:

  • US – 10th December
  • UK – 10th December
  • Canada – 10th December
  • ROW – 3rd of December
4. Covid delays

Please note that COVID-19 restrictions in some countries may cause delays to your delivery. This is due to special measures put in place to ensure the safety of our suppliers and delivery teams. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued patience. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

5. missed DELIVERY

If the parcel is delivered and you are not there to receive it, we will leave a card asking you to collect the parcel from your local mail sorting office. You can also have the parcel delivered to your work address if you are unable to receive it at home.

 

If your package is refused or unclaimed, or if the delivery address is incorrect and it gets returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to arrange a redelivery. 

 

If this happens, you will incur a further shipping cost. If you no longer require the package,  we will refund the value of the items, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.

6. IMPORT AND CUSTOM CHARGES

Your purchase will be shipped from the USA or UK.  Depending on your country of delivery you may be charged import duties. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any custom charges incurred by you. You should contact your local authorities for any further information.


REFUND POLICY

BlackWolf is a pre-workout supplement that is designed to fuel you with energy, heighten your focus and enhance your performance. With a suitable exercise and diet plan alongside taking your supplements as advised, we’re 100% confident that you will get the results you deserve. However, should this not be the case, you are covered for a full refund excluding any shipping/admin charges*.

Our money-back guarantee does not provide any level of cover if you choose to stop using the products for any other reason.

Results don’t happen overnight, so it’s important that you continue using your supplements for several weeks alongside a suitable exercise and diet plan before you can determine whether they are working for you. Therefore claims will not be accepted unless the product has been used for at least 50 days. We also recommend keeping a log of your diet and fitness efforts when you begin taking our supplements to support your claim should you need to use our money-back guarantee.

OUR REFUND PROMISE

If you believe you’re putting maximum effort into your diet and training alongside taking our supplements, but you’re still not seeing results, simply email us within 50-100 days of receiving your order, and providing you meet our money-back guarantee criteria, we will refund your money, excluding a $15* fixed fee to cover shipping and admin costs.

*Different currencies: 12 GBP, 13 EUR, 20 CAD, 15 CHF, 300 MXN, 20 AUD. 

In order to qualify for our money-back guarantee, the following conditions apply:

  • The money-back guarantee is only applicable to purchases over one month’s supply.
  • It’s not possible to claim on the money-back guarantee more than once. 
  • Claims are only applicable to your first purchase.
  • We will only assess claims after you have used the product for at least 50 days.
  • You may be asked to provide evidence that the product has been used for at least 50 days.
  • The money-back guarantee refers to seeing results and does not cover termination of using supplements due to experiencing side effects or any other reason.

RETURNS

If you change your mind and no longer want an item you have ordered from us, you can cancel your order at any time until the 14th day after you have received your items.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must send a written notice of cancellation by email to support@blackwolf.com. Upon receipt of your email, our support team will provide you with the relevant details needed for your return. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2-3 working days. All items must be returned to us undamaged and in their original, sealed condition within 14 days after the day you let us know that you wish to cancel your order.

When sending the item back to us, please include a copy of your order confirmation/receipt in the parcel.

On safe receipt of the parcel, a refund for the item will be made to the original card of purchase. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned to us used, damaged or in a non-resalable condition.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. 

For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return your items.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you must send a written notice of cancellation by email to support@blackwolf.com. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request we will cancel your order with immediate effect and issue a full refund providing the order has not yet been dispatched. Your refund may take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that your request will be actioned prior to your order being dispatched. Our customer service team aims to respond to all queries within 2-3 working days. In the event that your order has already been dispatched, you will need to refer to the refund policy above which gives you 14 days to return the unopened goods for a full refund, excluding return postage charges.
